Day 4 of 365: Missing the Picture

Don't you just hate it when you see all these perfect picture moments in nature but you can't stop to capture that moment, because you can't be late for work and also stop traffic? Yup! I hate it when that happens!

I left work early to stop at this spot to get a picture of the day. The frost bite on the foliage  It's a lovely sight, because Alabama doesn't get snow but once every 10 years!

I had to throw in an extra picture, because my pup is the cutest thing ever, and she is also not feeling so good. Poor thing had her first vet visit. As I type she is resting away in my lap, listening for the door.

Day 3 of 365: Outfit of my Day

Today was an okay day, it was definitely a long work day. Thank God tomorrow is Friday! Izzy bear gets her first visit to the vet! Hopefully she is in tip top condition! 

I have been wearing my hair in a lace wig or a beanie hat. I've been lazy with it for the past couple of weeks, but tomorrow or this weekend i have to wash it!

So lets explain this outfit, I through it together in a rush!

Day 2 of 365 : What Happened

At work is where this picture was taken, and this is the day payroll told us workers that social security is taking more money out of our paychecks. (thanks Obama and all you other legislative leaders for nothing) On top of that, the job my husband interviewed for fell through. So, the only thing I could do in that moment was cry.

I don't know how we are going to make it, but there is a small piece of hope that I'm trying to still cling to.

I would go watch some TV now, but our Dish hasn't been working for the past two days, and I pay for the crummy service. Cheers to 2013, you are already starting out in the best way imaginable.

Farewell 2012

Okay so let me break it downnnnnn, while I munch on some homemade pancakes and warm tea! The year 2012 has flown by me like a whirlwind, but like any plan freak, I have the special days written down in my planner. So what did I do for the past year or what happened?

JANUARY:  stamps went up to $.45, and I got a raise at my old job!

FEBRUARY:  had my last day at my old job, and moved to our first place

MARCH: started a new job at the leasing office for my apartment complex, and sprung forward

APRIL:  quite that new leasing job and got my job I have now, which is in the field I went to college for…law

MAY:  hubby turned 23, and we went to Talladega, Alabama so that hubby, pop in law, and brother in law could drive real NASCARs around the famous track

JUNE:  i got a racy piercing, learned how to cut hubby’s hair and lost the technique soon after, stasi turned 24, gab turned 23, and vira had a wedding anniversary with her “cosmo”

JULY: someone stole $206 from my bank account and went to Target in Ohio, I am very hesitant to purchase anything from Amazon now. Went back to El Paso, TX to celebrate the union of a dear friend she is now Mrs. Smith, and the same day the 2012 Olympics started!

AUGUST: Olympics ended, gabby won gold, and my best friend gab came back from oversees to leave again to North Dakota

SEPTEMBER: I hit 3 years relaxer-free; I was really excited to watch the new season of So You Think You Can Dance, Cyrus should have won L;  went on a zombie walk for hunger ; on the 15^th I felt like I got married all over again to my love, because after two years I put my wedding dress on and took our first wedding pictures!

OCTOBER: Halloween was a blast; the Walking Dead came back on AMC among other shows I watch finally premiered; went to three Halloween parties in a row and felt like I was young again; and started pole dancing lessons

NOVEMBER: I turned 24; learned some new pole tricks, and just had a good thanksgiving with family

DECEMBER:  I dyed my hair blue black; had a 2 year wedding anniversary with hubby, got in touch with Angelika und Heinz in Deutschland via phone of vira. Talking to them brought tears of joy to my eyes. It’s been so long. I will go back to Germany. Lastly, a new addition has been added to my family, her name is Izzy Bear and she’s a yorkie ^_^

Day 1 of 365...Happy New Year

Day 1: Happy New Year!!! 2013 has began, and more memories to be made! I hope this year will be even better than the last! This new year celebration started off with good friends and of course hubby! We laughed and danced the night away!

Straight Hair vs Curly Hair

I recently straightened my hair. It had been 4 months since I had done so. I was so excited because my hair has gotten so long, the longest it's ever been since I was young. It's healthy as well and that is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!

But today was wash day, and the curls are back. I must say, with straight hair it is SO much easier to deal with. I feel limited in some ways with my curly hair because it is so easily tangled!!!! I was really wishing I had a looser curl pattern! It would make it a lot easier but I can't change what grows from my head without manipulating it in some way! So right now it's I'm twists....:-/ ugh!!! It's been over two years of growing my hair natural and I still find myself confused!

People Are Crazy, but Whatever!

WHOOOO! SO I’ve got the blogging bug, once again…!!! Let me fill myself in on what has gone on since my last post…..

Me and hubby have finally moved into our own place. It’s a one bed room, one bath apartment! It’s so cute! I love it! Mind you, I, whoever, this is my first time living on my own!!!! AH!!! And to be honest, I pretty much do live on my own since hubby’s job (at the moment) keeps him gone majority of the month….Majority as in 2 to 3 weeks out of the month. It’s really unfortunate because our whole 1 year and 4 months has been him gone and me home. Nevertheless, our marriage is still banging…How does the saying go? “Absence makes the heart grow fonder”, and it truly does! Actually, the distance can either make the heart grow fonder or grow away! Lucky for me and my boo boo we go towards the fondness ^_^.

As I digress, Hubby and I made a video of him doing my makeup lol…that was fun! I even got a really nasty comment and message talking about how I was nigger loving a cracker and that I should die, and/or I will be killed by this person. . . I was taken a-back by this foul disturbing news, but I laughed…messaged the person back and told them “to go to hell you sick ass motherfucker. You don’t know me, BITCH!” Hubby and my best friend who had just returned from overseas, stuck up for me though! Come to find out the bitch is a fucking coward! Best believe sucker, I will be your worst nightmare if you want to step to me with some junk! Okay, maybe I can’t go all badass, but I know people that will for me. I, on the other hand will use my lovely techniques of blocking and deleting #bow!

Everyone has that thing that they never did, and want to do or wish they did do…mine is…I wish I would have started dance when I was way younger than 23…I love the Just Dance games and I just order Black Eyed Peas Experience…I love to dance! I want my daughter to love dance! I must say I kick ass in those Wii games lol…So, in my mid-old age, I’m going to find a dancing class.  Belly dance, pole dancing, zumba, hiphop, contempory, I don’t care! I like it all!

Oh! How could I forget! My last post said I was trying to find that career in the field that I graduated in...well I FINALLY GOT IT!!!! I make the most money that I have ever made! I am truly blessed, not many woman my age just getting out of college have found that job in their career so soon. Especially not without interning and such. But, Ive been planning my demise since I started working for the Clerk. I left that place as a magistrate, then I moved and got a job as a leasing professional, all the while interviewing at different law firms and such. Not to mention I am also apart of NALS which is a an association for legal professionals. Connections, connections, and networks my friend! You NEED them! With all that combined I got the job I wanted, which is working in Bankruptcy. I work for Chapter 13's Trustee in  the capital of my state, right downtown in the bustling city. I love my job, and I know it will only get better for me! 

Anyway, I’ve rambled on enough! I must be resting my pretty little eyes. Family and friends day is tomorrow!
